Eric van Naerssen practices in foreign direct investment, cross-border transactions with China, business investment and formation in China, and also represents clients at the intersection of technology and the arts here in Portland.  Eric’s prior business experience includes leasing world-class office space to multinational corporations in Shanghai, brokering shipping space for the China Ocean Shipping Company, running a legal translation services company, and work at a prominent law firm in Beijing, China.  Eric is fluent in both written and spoken Mandarin Chinese.
